About the team
Team Founded in 1968.
Track, which was heavily banked(35 degrees), was situated on the Imperial Recreation Grounds, Imperial Road, Exmouth.
Track Dimensions: 72yards x 17ft, red shale surface.
Club Colours: Red/White.
A downside of where the track was placed was the very strong smell coming from the river Exe at low tide, although this was often considered a home advantage!!
Club Chairman: Mr L. Locke.
Vice Chairman: Colin Annis(1972).
Club Secretary/General Manager: Vic Vine(1972).
Team Manager: Jim Carthew(1972).
Club Secretary: Ken Vine, 26 Hawthorn Grove, Exmouth(1978).

Raced in the Devon League.
Joined the English League in 1972 after a seasons Probation.
Raced in the English League 1972/73/74/75/76.
Raced in the Western League 1981/82.

Individual Honours.
1972 Phil Courtney won the Dawlish Carnival Trophy, runner up was D. Geach(Dawlish), 3rd was Tony Hughes(Estuary ?)
