Track was at the rear of Rye House Speedway Track, Hoddesdon.

Club Secretary: H.A. Simmons, 3 Rye Mead Cottages, Hoddesdon.

Formed in 1947.

Raced in the Hertfordshire League 1953/55/56.

Raced in the North West Middlesex League.

Club Manager: Tony Clark.

Nicknamed the "Glamour Boys" because of their sparkling new colours.

Individual Honours.

1951 Mike Broadbanks reached the County Final of the "Mars Trophy".

1953 Clive Hitch won the Herts Championship.

Team Honours.

1956 won the Herts League.

Speedway Riders.

Mike Broadbanks rode for Chesterton - Swindon - Wembley - Hackney and Stoke.

Clive Hitch rode for Rye House - Rayleigh - Swindon - Middlesborough -  Coventry - Halifax - Exeter and Long Eaton.

Gerry King rode for Wimbledon.

Colin Pratt rode for Southampton - Poole - Stoke - Swindon - Hackney - Cradley Heath.
